Hi, I am Yuwei, a Ph.D. student in the UBC NLP Group at the Department of Computer Science, University of British Columbia (Vancouver πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦), advised by Prof. Giuseppe Carenini. My research primarily centers on artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP). Previously, I conducted research on Multilingual NLP and Multimodal NLP. Currently, I am focusing on mindful thinking and logical reasoning in AI systems, aiming to build a human-like AI mind & brain by instilling cognitive & psychological insights into intelligent agents.
